Proudly serving all of Alberta. Edmonton and surrounding area travel fees are included. Travel fees apply to events outside the city based on distance.

Cash Bar, Ticket System & Inventory

Flexible payment options with clear tracking and reconciliation so you always know what was sold.

Cash Bar

Guests pay directly at the bar at the price set for your event. A $50 float is provided for change, and drink sales are tracked throughout service.

Debit Available

When the ticket system is selected, debit and credit payments can be processed through Square.

Tickets & Records

Fresh double-roll tickets are used for every event. Starting and ending ticket numbers are recorded, with scans of the first and last tickets provided to the host.

Inventory & Accountability

Remaining alcohol and bar inventory are counted at the end of the night and reconciled against sales.

Hosts receive the applicable ticket records, Square transaction summary and sales totals. Electronic funds collected through Square are paid to the event host within 3–5 business days, less applicable processing fees.
